I have been working as a Business Coach to businesses of various sizes for most of my career. My career started when I was hired to help a start-up consumer electronics company in Los Angeles, CA with growing their business in 2009. I started off helping them with their branding, target marketing, product photography, packaging design, and then quickly became the go-to gal for strategic business decisions. Before I decided to move to Colorado, my position was heavily involved in visiting China to design, source, and oversee manufacturing for every single product we were selling. I learned how to successfully get my products into local retail stores as well as big box stores like Party City, Kroger, and HEB!

But, I was ready for a change. in Los Angeles, I received my degree in Visual Communications and developed skills in Brand Development, Strategic Marketing, Graphic Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Business, Psychology of Buying, Photography, Event Planning and so much more!
Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood, so I needed to learn a little bit about everything I could get my hands on!
I was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey to an extremely driven mother and a father that was an entrepreneur, having owned multiple businesses before I was even born. We lived a humble lifestyle and were integral parts of our community. As a child, I remember closely watching the ins and outs of how my father ran his business and worked through problems as they arose. I soaked in more knowledge than I even realized at the time. He taught me the do’s and don’ts around money, customer service, and inventory management I was 10 years old.
I started my very first business when I was 15 years old selling t-shirts that I would buy from Walmart and design using clothing paint. I closed a deal with my local shopping mall to sell my designs at their store (which was a pretty amazing felling to close my first deal at the age 15!)
I remember watching people that I didn’t know wearing shirts that I MADE and feeling that entrepreneurial adrenaline for the very first time!
Like many people, it took me a while to figure out what my true passion was. I had created 3-4 businesses before starting The Business Strategy and spent countless hours wondering to myself, what am I really good at, that I really enjoy doing, and that people really need help with?
Once I pushed through the fear and limiting beliefs that I wasn’t good enough, or that my business would fail in it’s first year because most businesses do, the answer became crystal clear to me.. BUSINESS COACHING! When I knew, I knew! It was the most freeing feeling I’d ever had!
SO! I decided to focus on helping other people have these epiphanies and finally begin their journey down the most rewarding career path of all– entrepreneurship! I knew that mindsets would have to be shifted, fear would have to be shed, and clarity would have to be made and I wanted to be a part of it over and over again!
Dreams have been built on my watch and business have doubled and sometimes even tripled in revenue growth with my help!
Owning The Business Strategy and helping so many humans take control of their life and freedom has been the most rewarding parts of my life.
Through quick, simple, and proven techniques (that a lot of times I had to learn the hard way), I am able to help build legacies that will change our world forever!
